Tanya Marion was named chief human resources officer of Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in January 2022. Prior to joining Enhabit, Marion spent 15 years at Mercy Health System where she served in various leadership roles, including chief human resources officer for four years. Marion graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, then earned a master's degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University.
